Refund Policy
Important
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any items. The only exception is if the item was damaged during delivery — in that case, a refund will be issued after verification.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you need a different size or color. Exchanges are the only option available for items that are not damaged.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost

Damaged During Delivery
If your item arrived damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on availability.
Note for orders with multiple items:
If your order includes more than one item and only one item is found damaged, only the damaged item will be eligible for refund or exchange. Items in good condition will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
After placing the order, you'll have a 2 hour window to cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled once the window expires.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for exchange
