Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- The product you received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong size or wrong color than what you ordered
Note for orders with multiple items:
If your order includes more than one item and only one item is found to be defective or damaged, only the affected item will be eligible for return or exchange. Items in good condition will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Refund
If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a clear description of the issue and photo evidence. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Please Note
- Refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction not related to damage, defect, or order error.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for any reason. Whether you want a different size or color — we've got you covered.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
To start an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp. We are not responsible for your exchange / return delivery charges.
Order Cancellation
After placing the order, you'll have a 2 hour window to cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled once the window expires.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
- Certain types of items cannot be returned — please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item
